When I first opened the box I was disappointed to see that the board was slightly bent. This seemed to have been caused by the way the stand was packaged and, fortunately, it straightened out quite easily. The stand was really easy to erect and holds my music book firmly at any angle. The whole thing feels robust, including the carry bag, but I’ll be careful how I pack the stand to prevent the board getting bent again.

I am over 6 feet high and I can stand comfortably with this model and that’s not at it’s highest position. It is a large music stand and will accomodate heavy music books easily (also Ipads and portable recording studios etc.) and will store away simply as it folds up into quite a small space. It has unlimited adjustments for height and angles and locks securely in all positions. It looks great and I am sure it will give many years of service even if you gig with it. “I found this to be very sturdy and able to take a few stands in terms of weight and is lightweight in that it doesn’t add to that weight. my only fault is that it is not wide enough to take the bases of my heavy duty stands, so i had to have them poking out of the top and could not zip it up fully for weather proofing. It fits a couple of the stand tops/tables (where I place my books) comfortably. I’m still quite happy with the bag though."

“This little music stand is really fantastic - it has just arrived and I am really pleased with the item - so much so that I have ordered another one!! The only negative thing was the packaging - it came in a plastic bag (the stand was in a cardboard box in with the rest in the bag.) It was wrapped in bubble wrap but I would have preferred it to be in a cardboard box, however, I can understand that this would put the postage up!"
